Pupil and Public Transportation
Our mission is to provide high-quality, standardized training and resources to enhance knowledge and skills for safe and effective pupil and public transportation. The program is conducted in cooperation with the Texas Department of Transportation, Texas Association of Pupil Transportation and Texas Rural Transit Assistance Program.
Our behind-the-wheel training and customized courses for district drivers, trainers, directors, operation managers and supervisors across the state help to reduce traffic incidents and improve pupil and public transportation standards. The program includes the following courses:
