Industrial Emergency Response Specialist

We are proud to announce the new Industrial Emergency Response Specialist certificate program. This program is designed for emergency response professionals associated with all types of industrial facilities and processes.
How do I get this new certification?

- Complete required courses in any three of the six modules within seven years from the date of the first completed course. It’s that easy!
- No degree required.
- No annual membership dues.
- Credit granted for previous TEEX training.
- Sponsored by the TEEX Industrial Emergency Response Academy.

What do the modules consist of?
Remember you just need to complete courses from any three of the 6 modules.
Module 1 – Industrial Firefighting
Module 2 – Hazardous Materials Response
Module 3 – Rescue Techniques
Module 4 – Occupational Safety and Health
Module 5 – Hands-on Industrial Emergency Response Training
This module requires the successful completion of a minimum of 40 hours of TEEX training through any one or a combination of the following:
- Corporate Fire School
- Annual TEEX Industrial Fire Training School
- Company-Sponsored Classes
- Open Enrollment Classes in Industrial Firefighting, Rescue or Hazardous Materials
