The Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX), a member of The Texas A&M University System, offers hands-on, customized training, exercises, technical assistance and emergency response services impacting Texas and beyond. Agency programs include fire, homeland security, law enforcement, public works, safety and health, search and rescue, training and technical assistance. Established in 1919, TEEX is one of the largest providers of extension training in the nation. Our mission is to develop a skilled and trained workforce that enhances public safety, security and economic growth of the state and the nation through training, technical assistance and emergency response.
