Overview
The ESTI Extension program provides over 400 class and Area School deliveries each year to departments across Texas. These deliveries are provided at no cost to personnel in Texas. The host department/agency need only provide the facility, students, and in some cases reproduction of the student manuals. Courses meet or exceed the requirements of the NFPA, SFFMA, and / or TCFP. Numerous National Fire Academy field and direct delivery courses are also offered by this program.

General Information
- National Fire Academy - TEEX's Emergency Services Training Institute (ESTI) is the NFA-recognized State Fire Training agency for the State of Texas. ESTI conducts over 150 NFA Field and Direct Delivery (NFA two or three-day) programs each year to departments across Texas. - Area Schools - ESTI coordinates with local jurisdictions to offer over 70 Area School programs each year across Texas. These schools provide numerous classroom and hands-on training activities for personnel in regional locations. Classes range from firefighting, hazardous materials, rescue, ICS-NIMS, wildland, arff, ems, wmd, and other subject areas. - To expedite the TEEX registration process and to omit spelling errors on certificates, please complete the TEEX registration form. Enter the appropriate information (do not fill out the class selections - you will receive further instructions upon arrival at registration). Print, sign & date, and bring the completed form to the course/school you are attending.
