OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainers

spacer graphic

The OSHA Outreach Training Program is an integral part of occupational safety and health training. Through the program, individuals who complete a one-week OSHA trainer course are authorized to teach 10-hour and 30-hour courses in construction or general industry safety and health hazard recognition and prevention. Authorized trainers can receive OSHA course completion cards for their students. Over the past three years, over 1.6 million students have received training through this program.

Submitting OSHA Outreach Training Reports

Thank you for choosing the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) for your training needs. As of August 2010, OSHA requires that you use the OSHA Outreach Training Report that corresponds to the type of training conducted (General Industry, Construction, Maritime or Disaster Site Worker). Once you have downloaded the correct form, please fill in the required information.
While TEEX prefers you to submit forms electronically, feel free to print and complete the form manually. Keep in mind that only trainers who have received their trainer TEEX ID numbers are eligible to send requests by e-mail or fax. TEEX Trainer ID numbers are issued to trainers after their initial course is documented.

If this is your first class, or if you have updated your trainer status, include a copy of your trainer card.
