Today’s communities face unique emergency response challenges in protecting both citizens and critical infrastructure from man-made and natural disasters.

Critical infrastructure protection for water, wastewater, electric power, and local heath care are high priorities for local officials and first responders alike.

As part of the National Domestic Preparedness Consortium (NDPC), TEEX offers Homeland Security courses funded by the National Homeland Security Training Program.

Through TEEX's Disaster Management training program, you will develop the knowledge and skills you need to help ensure the safety and security of our nation’s critical infrastructure in the event of an act of terrorism or wake of a natural disaster. Our training combines traditional classroom work, small group instruction, field exercises, participant activities, case studies and vignettes, multimedia scenarios, and computer-aided training and exercise simulations to train individuals and jurisdictions.
