At this time, the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) has been notified by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) that plans to publish a new Federal Register Notice soliciting applications to become an approved OSHA-authorized online outreach training provider are ongoing.
Because we understand the importance of providing this safety training online, we have partnered with the American Safety Council (ASC) to provide this essential training.

OSHA Outreach Training is the principal method used to train workers in the essentials of occupational safety and health in Construction. Our 100% online, 10-Hour outreach course, covers specific OSHA standards and requirements as they apply to the construction industry and teaches safety awareness which helps in recognizing and reducing the risks of job site hazards. This fully narrated and interactive training is intended for entry level workers as an orientation and covers safety and health hazards workers may face on construction work sites. Our course puts emphasis on hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention.

Compliance with EM 385-1-1 standards is required for all contractors, workers, and construction employees who work on military contracts. Additionally, any employee who is required to complete an introduction to the regulations and standards in EM 385-1-1 must take this course. The 16-Hour EM 385-1-1 course provides students with the necessary knowledge to prevent injuries and avoid hazards while working on their job site.
Compliance with EM 385-1-1 standards is required for those who are managers, supervisors, contractors, or construction employees who work on military contracts. Additionally, any employee required to meet the compliance standards and regulations set forth in EM 385-1-1 must take this course. The 40-Hour EM 385-1-1 course provides students with the necessary knowledge to prevent injuries and avoid hazards while working on their job site.
This OSHA 8-hour HAZWOPER Training satisfies the annual refresher training course requirement for emergency response workers and for those working with hazardous waste materials. The course itself is 100% online and is audio-narrated, allowing students to interact with the course content. By the end of the training, students will be able to understand how to follow hazard management and hazardous waste regulations, as well as understand how to prevent and protect themselves against hazards.
OSHA 24-Hour HAZWOPER Training is required under 29 CFR Part 1910.120 (e) to be successfully completed before any employee begins work on an uncontrolled hazardous waste operation. Those who are emergency response workers or employees who are hazardous waste workers must complete this course. The course itself is 100% online and is audio-narrated, allowing students to interact with the course content. By the end of the training, students will be able to understand how to follow hazard management and hazardous waste regulations, as well as understand how to prevent and protect themselves against hazards.
These one-hour 100% online Certificate Courses will provide you with awareness training on specific safety and health topics. Upon completion of a course, you will receive an OSHA Training Institute Education Center Certificate of Completion.

The TEEX Water and Wastewater Correspondence Course Program allows you to complete Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) water and wastewater requirements in the comfort of your own home. Our correspondence courses are especially helpful to those who live in rural areas where water/wastewater classes may not be regularly held.
Each course is approved for 20 hours of CEU credit in Texas by TCEQ for licensing or renewal licensing.
Note: In accordance with 30 TAC 30.28(p)(3)(c), correspondence courses repeated within the same renewal period will not receive training credit if the training uses the same performance-based assessment.
