Course Description
HAZ002 - Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Technician Training - 40.00 Hours
Prerequisites
Due to the strenuous demands, a physical examination is recommended.
Description

This is a combined course of First Responder Awareness Level, First Responder Operations Level, and Hazardous Materials Technician. Course meets or exceeds OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120, EPA and DOT requirements. This course is not approved by Texas Commission on Fire Protection guidelines specified in Chapter 6 of the commission's Certification Curriculum Manual. Upon successful completion of this course, you will be awarded 4.0 Continuing Education Units (CEU) certified through the International Association for Continuing Education & Training.
