ENV227 - Environmental Site Assessment - Phase I - 16.00 Hours

Description

Environmental Site Assessment - Phase I for Commercial Real Estate. This is Phase I of a two-phase course.

In this course, participants will learn the significant concepts and skills associated with conducting an All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI), also referred to as a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment. These assessments are standard for the protection of property investors, owners, and managers from environmental liability under CERCLA.

This Phase I course covers the four components of the ASTM 1527 practice which the EPA considers to be in full compliance with the requirements for conducting an AAI.

NOTE: This course does not provide EPA accreditation for asbestos inspection and sampling.

Recommendation: Participants should first take Chemistry for Environmental Professionals (ENV235).
