Course Description
WWW501 - Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester Refresher: Rules and Regulations - 8.00 Hours
Prerequisites
None.Description
This 8-hour class (TCEQ Course #0985) is designed to provide continuing education and is NOT an introductory course. This course is for licensed Backflow Prevention Assembly Testers. However, other licensed individuals my receive valuable information relating to their fields. This course is classroom only and does NOT include the eight hours of "hands-on" practical skills training as required by Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

Other Information
NOTE: To receive 8 hours of continuing education, the participant must be currently licensed as a Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester, or other license as appropriate.
Completing this course provides:
- 8 hours of continuing education credit for licensed Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (BPAT)
- 8 hours of continuing education credit for licensed Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (BPAT)
- 8 hours of continuing education credit for licensed Customer Service Inspector (CSI)
- 8 hours of continuing education credit for licensed Water & Wastewater Operators
- 8 hours of continuing education for licensed Landscape Irrigator
- 8 hours of training credit to an applicant for a Plumbing Inspectors license (through TSBPE)
