Course Description


WWW504 - Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester Refresher: Practical Skills (Hands On) - 8.00 Hours

Prerequisites

None.

Description

This 8-hour class (TCEQ Course # 1201) is primarily designed to provide continuing education and a “Refresher” on test procedures for licensed Backflow Prevention Assembly Testers, (BPAT). This class includes 8 hours of “hands-on” or Practical Skills training as required by Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, (TCEQ).

This class is conducted on Thursday of the WWW500, 40 hour Backflow Prevention Assembly Testers course.

Completing this course provides:

  • 8 hours of continuing education credit for licensed Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (BPAT)
  • 8 hours of training credit to an applicant for a Plumbing Inspectors license (through TSBPE)

Audience

  • Anyone currently licensed as a Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester, or other license as appropriate to receive eight (8) hours of Continuing Education Credits
  • Individuals wishing to obtain a Plumbing Inspector’s license

NOTE: To receive 8 hours of continuing education, the participant must be currently licensed as a Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester, or other license as appropriate.

NOTE: Law Enforcement Officers please remember to provide us your PID number so we can ensure that you get TCLEOSE credit.
