Recommended
It is recommended that the participant has successfully completed the TEEX Intermediate Collision Investigation course or a similar collision course.
Required Materials
This course is designed to give officers a much higher level of understanding in collision investigation than they received in the basic academy. Although it is ideal for officers who routinely investigate and specialize in major injury and fatality collision investigations, it is also appropriate for patrol officers who frequently investigate collisions
Education Credits
This 80-hour course meets the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officers Standards and Education (TCLEOSE) Course #3400 requirements.
