LET580 - Field Training Officer - 24.00 Hours

Description

The FTO course provides participants with the tools necessary to become an effective field-training officer. This tried-and-true program, as well as other FTO models, will be used to describe the qualities needed to become a successful field-training officer. Any agency desiring to restructure a field-training program or build a new program will find this 24-hour course immensely beneficial.
